I wanted to let you know I received my order yesterday afternoon. Today I am moved to congratulate and thank you both.
First, congratulations on such fine products. I tried your Wacky Tacky wax yesterday, and was very pleased. I must say it is very easy to apply, and there is no flaking. Also, it blends so well that without close inspection you cannot tell I am using a wax at all.
Today I am trying the Dark Wax. So far I am even more pleased. Again, it is very easy to apply. It also seems to set up a bit more firm for less pliability and more hold. There is no flaking, and its appearance is subtle. Both products are far superior to anything I've tried in the past. I am true to Firehouse Wax from here on!
Second, you are both to be commended on your expedient service. I placed my order Wednesday evening and received my products on Saturday afternoon. I don't believe I have ever experienced such swift service. (Especially without paying extra for so called "3 day" postage.)

Just a quick note to let you know that I am very satisfied with
your wax. To be honest, I'm a bit surprised since I hadn't had much luck
finding anything that I was really happy with. I've been using the
"wacky tacky" for over a week now and it's by far the best I have tried.
Very simple to apply and keeps my moustache set for the entire day. I'll be
ordering more in the future.

Hi John,
Well, I tried all three waxes. The light wax is perfect for me. I apply it, and comb it in. Then I heat it just a bit with a small hair dryer and it melts the wax as I brush it lightly. It stays in all day, no need to apply again. Your light wax does not show when applied correctly.

The handlebar is coming along nicely and I'm slowly learning to
groom and wax it just right!! The wax is truly great and far superior
to most of the products available in the local stores. The director of
the show I'm currently in is very pleased with the result. The
moustache stays in place from the opening song until the curtain comes
down!!

I am just letting you know that I got my wax today... did I say wax, I meant WAX. Man, I used another wax for a long time and made my own for a while. That was wax, this is WAX. Man talk about hold. Dear John!
I just wanted to let you know, that I have now tried all your
waxes and all of them are more than worth buying.
However I do have a favourite wax now (which does not mean, that
the others are bad ;-)). In my humble opinion the best one is Wacky
Tacky, as I can apply it without using any hairdryer, which is important
for me, as I'm travelling a lot.
Once again many thanks for these great waxes. New orders will be
following soon.

I've received my first order of the Light colored Firehouse Moustache Wax and am very satisfied with it. I can remove it from the tin with my thumb nail. It warms and becomes pliable between my finger and thumb, applies evenly with no clumping. The hold is good with very little touch up during the day. You have a great product!

John, the wacky tacky works great here in Kuwait where the temp is still over 100 daily. Next summer I'll be in Iraq with 130+ degree temp, I'll sign in again and let you know how it's working. I expect it will still be great. Thanks for a great product from the good ol' USA.

Received the wax today. ( Wacky Tacky ) I tried it out this evening and found the following: Very firm as per what you stated. I found I could get it on my finger quite OK and it spreads through very smoothly. It looks like a very smooth mix. Beautiful looking colour and smells very pleasant without being over powering. I decided to heat up my moustache with the hair drier and I spread it through. I have only used a very small amount so far and it set very firmly indeed without flaking. This wax would have to be the easiest I have used so far and also the most effective. I love the colour as it initially seems to hide some of the grey but eventually sets to a natural colour. I therefore rate this wax as excellent and wish to thank you for the fast delivery and the friendly service. All the best with it and thanks again.
